Management Training

I'm of the view that a formal management training is essential for managerial success. Not that people who have made it to the top have always had a degree in management. But it's like working with an AI software. Things have to be learned. A formal degree/training will put an OS in place thereby making the job easier.
A poem by my late Uncle

An Ode To My Mother

Your eyes ever reflected
An ocean of selfless love
Wherein dwelt
Mercy, tenderness, infinite capacity
To condone her children
Of their foolish follies!
Your soft voice
Resonated
With turbulent affections
And words of moral preachings
Blended with human values
And that was indeed music to our ears!
Weren’t you who bore the pain and agony
When I and my sibling were wounded or ill?
I remember; when once
I was ailing and in delirium
My forehead piping hot in turmoil;
Your soothing hand
Caressing my forehead
Pacified my burning self
And transferred me in a painless world of bliss
I awoke next morning
Rejuvenated once again!
Where was the need to see God,
When you were at my side!
I could feel the divinity
In my mind and in my heart
Whenever you caressed my mop of hair!
For me you were indeed a
Living God
And when all of a sudden
You vanished into oblivion
I felt;
That the so called immortal God
Had died a mortal death!

This post was done by my late Uncle on the city of Mumbai, my city. I had an urge to include this in my blog.
